Our Approach

There are four ways we structure work and teams.

Projects

  • 2 - 6 weeks
  • Strategic planning, systems and stakeholder audits, market research, feasibility studies, professional opinions, assessments and advisory

Engagements

  • 6 - 12 weeks with a dedicated and multi-disciplinary team
  • Requirements for travel, field work and site visits
  • Comprehensive work product based on extensive analysis

Retainers

After completion of a project or engagement we structure subsequent work and ongoing system support on a retainer basis in 6 - 24 month commitments

Partnerships

In select cases we will partner with clients on a gain-share basis and forgo a portion of our fee in exchange for equity or profit share
